ADHD Evaluation for Adults

Offering online neurodiversity-affirming evaluation to help you learn more about yourself.

You may be here because…

  • You’ve been learning about ADHD and neurodivergence on social media and see yourself in what you’ve read.

  • A child or family member was recently identified as having ADHD, and now you’re wondering if you might have it, too.

  • You’ve always felt like your brain works differently—like you’re constantly trying to keep up with a world that wasn’t built for you.

  • You struggle with focus—not because you’re uninterested, but because your attention feels unpredictable, bouncing between hyperfocus and distraction.

  • You’ve been called “lazy,” “messy,” or “too much,” even though you know you’re trying your hardest.

  • You often feel overwhelmed by daily tasks, even ones that seem simple for others.

  • You thrive on novelty and excitement but struggle with structure and consistency.

  • You’ve always been full of ideas, creativity, and energy—but following through can be a challenge.

  • You experience time in extremes: either "now" or "not now," making deadlines, schedules, and planning feel chaotic.

  • You struggle with emotional regulation—small frustrations can feel overwhelming, and motivation can feel elusive.

  • You’ve been diagnosed with (or struggled with) anxiety, depression, disordered eating, OCD, CPTSD, or a personality disorder, but those labels don’t seem to explain everything.

  • You want to understand yourself better and create a life that works with your brain, not against it.

  • You’ve been wondering if an ADHD evaluation for adults could benefit you.

However you found your way here, I’m so glad you did. Keep reading to see if an online ADHD evaluation might be the right next step for you.

You’ve always felt different—like your mind is running on a completely different frequency from everyone else’s.

As a child, you may have been full of energy, constantly moving from one interest to the next—or maybe you were a deep daydreamer, lost in your own vivid inner world. You could spend hours creating entire worlds in your mind or getting completely absorbed in a special interest. At the same time, routines may have felt impossible to stick to, and no matter how hard you tried, keeping track of time, finishing tasks, and staying organized has seemed harder for you than for others. You’ve spent your life trying to stay focused, to be more present, more productive, more like everyone else. But deep down, it can feel like you're always playing catch-up—masking your struggles, overcompensating, and pushing yourself to keep up.

You’ve been trying to keep all the balls in the air for a long time, but you are feeling more and more burned out. You are ready to find out more about yourself so you can figure out what really works for you.

I provide neurodiversity-affirming psychological evaluations to help adults find out if they have ADHD.

I believe assessment should be a collaborative and empowering experience—one that helps you better understand yourself. As a neurodiversity-affirming psychologist, I don’t see ADHD as a disorder, but rather as a different neurotype—a unique way of experiencing the world. Because society is largely built around neurotypical needs, ADHD can be disabling in many environments, and ADHDers usually require support to truly thrive.

Discovering you are ADHD in adulthood can be life-changing. It can bring clarity, self-understanding, and the freedom to create a life that works for you.

My Process for ADHD Assessment

  • After you reach out to me using the contact form on this site, I will get back to you to schedule for free 20-minute phone consultation. This is a great opportunity to ask me any questions or have or to talk about your concerns.

  • If you decide it’s the right time to learn more about your neurotype, I will send you online paperwork and questionnaires to fill out online.

  • Next, we will meet for a one-hour, online, face-to-face session to talk more about your personal background.

  • After that, we will meet for a one to two-hour interview to explore your ADHD traits.

  • It usually takes me a couple of weeks to prepare your report with personalized recommendations.

  • Finally, we will meet for a one-hour feedback session to go over the results of your evaluation and talk about next steps and recommendations.
