You feel like your whole day is spent thinking about how much you already ate or worrying about how much you will eat later. And to make things worse, your problems with food are starting to hurt your relationships. You are having a hard time eating with your friends or family. You are missing social events to avoid being around food.

I have been helping people recover from eating disorders for over 10 years.
A big part of my doctoral training was in a residential eating disorder treatment facility at the University of Florida. After graduating with my PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2015, I ran the Eating Concerns Treatment Team at Appalachian State University for three years and helped college students recover from disordered eating with individual therapy. I have experience helping you create a treatment team so you can recover in a wholistic way.
